Serene Lush Seamless Low Maintenance

This project called for the use of natural materials and a seamless connection with the surrounding environment.

Privacy was a top priority for the client, so we constructed tall walls from Redwood, Cedar, and Ipe, ebonized to create a striking contrast against the lush greenery. The hardscape features included paver walking paths, pea gravel, finely crushed limestone, and a Torii gate, all contributing to the structural composition.

The xeriscaped grounds were thoughtfully planted with perennial grasses, native trees, and Japonica evergreens. The result is a serene space that provides cooling shade, requires minimal water, and demands low maintenance—perfectly fulfilling the client’s objectives.

“Lee is unmatched for his creative ideas and attention to detail. He was able to quickly identify what it was that we wanted for our yard, and he exceeded our expectations of what was even possible. Bravo!”
